Received a pamphlet outlining the changes with my latest monthly statement a day or two ago.

edit: The one thing they did leave alone was the commission for trades of 1000 shares or less at $25 for market orders and $29 for limit orders. So if you are day-trading stocks like BLD, CLS, RIM, etc in lots of 1000 shares or less there is no impact, but otherwise everything else is UP, equities and option trades both.
