OMB ANNOUNCES A FEDERAL DEFICIT OF 29 BILLION FOR JULY. THEY ALSO NOTED THAT THE DECLINE IN THE STOCK MARKET INFLUENCED REVENUES WHICH THEY HAD NOT ANTICIPATED. ARE THESE GUYS TOTALLY STUPID, YES BY GEORGE. THEY BLAMED IT ALL ON JIMMY CARTER
