You and Mike certainly seem to have the better of the argument today! XMSR is up almost 10% even though the market is down right now. I agree that the attainment of financing is probably not a problem but I'm not so sure that XMSR can work out terms that are favorable to current stockholders. You and Mike believe that the promise of XMSR is sufficient to over-ride concerns of future dilution. I don't. Our differences are really one of style/comfort/risk in our investment philosophies. I am more comfortable getting on board following the dilution at a time when XMSR believes that it has sufficient liquidity to reach profitability.
