My assumption is that the United States government was responsible for the bad treatment of the Japanese-Americans in WW II and the government apologized. The US courts have also said in many instances that the US government has not followed its own Constitution in the treatment of the American Indians and sometimes the Indians get land or money given to them by the courts. I am not clear the African-Americans and slavery is the same thing as the Japanese or Indian examples, but my point is that reparations are much more of a serious issue than Farrakhan.
