Andiamo: latest insider scam? Watch: this deal is going to be "fairly" valued by one of the sleazy and well lubricated investment banks, who just happen to have quite a bit of CSCO business on the line. Could it be SSB or MS? They sure helped Enron and WorldCom cook the books. This is setting up just another scam for insiders to get rich at shareholder expense. CSCO shareholders: This deal should be valued at most as $75M...the amount of money CSCO has invested in the company...certainly no more. I can tell you that if an outside investor was needed right now, it would be a washout round, and the other existing investors would get nothing. JMHO -Own
