You are truly logic impaired. You said you had negative RE investments. You were whining just a few weeks ago about the hundreds of thousands of dollars you have lost in the stock market by going long at the end of the biggest bubble in history. I'm just taking you at your word and giving you a bit of friendly advice. Leave the money management to the pro's. BTW The word is historically. "hysterically real estate appreciates 4-5% per year" Now who's dumb and stupid? DOC
