Look dope let me spell it out, I have made five real estate investments, one appreciated 100% in five years, one appreciated 280% in 23 years, one appreciated 325% in 17 years, one appreciated 16% in two years, and one lost 18% in 15 years. As for the markets I have been long since 1981 when Reagan got elected and done fantastically, woulda been out of this world but Bush wrecked that.
