Walt: I'm paying nothing for CME quotes with IB, as long as I have at least $30/month in commissions. However, they may charge for a data feed to Sierra, just like you said MyCharts does. As for trading, I've only traded stocks and options with them, but there are plenty of experienced users here that can answer that much better than I.
