George, You are absolutly correct. The SEC has already gone over Xecom with a fine tooth comb. They have every shed of documentation, and have questoined every one involved, including me. They have found no wrong doing whatso ever. People are talking about going to the SEC like it's a new concept. The truth is that you have been beaten to the punch. The file is already there. I have no concerns about the SEC. I know were the line is, and so does my Father. It just takes away time and money.The worst that can happen is that they halt the stock, investigate the company, let the srock goe to the ground, and let the shorts cover. Even that doesn't bother me, because Xecom is a real company and will recover. One last thing. Dan, you proved my point exactly. The only thing that you complain about is that my Father is behind Xecom. You don't point out anything he has done, just that he was involed. I'll shut up now, and start typing my Fathers responses. I won't speak again until spoken to. Mario
