That isn't true Victor. Cisco has rocked through this entire year, purely based on the fact they didn't collapse. They held steady with their mkt cap and since their last rpt have rallied over 30%. My broker bought cisco at 14 when the naz was 1700, not bad. If my portfolio of software companies held as well as cisco, I'd be in much better shape. Sebl is 70% off his price when naz was 1700.
