Larry, does the cost basis that you show for each stock include the commissions to buy them?

Does a stock get delisted from your portfolio if it recovers the 95% that it lost, in order to qualify for the portfolio???

Another candidate for inclusion in the portfolio. Aquila (ILA) an energy company that has big earnings, (about .70 cents for this quarter), A big dividend .17/ per quarter, and said that they have no liquidity problem...
The stock trades at 3.25
