GT,
I still believe that what I said is true. People that own rental property or commercial property have done better. For me just owning my one modest home (or owning part of it) is enough. Not that many miners, scrap dealers or successful stock market players in comparison. But thinking out loud. No research behind that statement.
Do you have some stats?? Carloton sheets?? No comprende.
