Why is it hard for you yo believe that if a person named by GECC is associated with LSR.Could LSR be totally objective?,,a question, thats all.

Stockbull, looks like you have it backwards. It appears GECC issued a lawsuit, LSR was alerted to it, researched the company, found "problems", and wrote about them. GECC, naturally, didn't like what they read, then amended their complaint to add LSR. So who again is not being "objective" here?

That being said, now that LSR is indeed a defendant, I *do* think they should disclose as such in any future stories they might do on GECC. This is standard operating procedure where there might be any question of a conflict of interest. Does it mean, however, they are automatically not being objective? No. But at least the reader is put on notice to look for what might be construed as such.
