i'm thinking with California without a budget it helps all those small vendors...cause after all...they don't get paid... and i'm thinking maybe we just print more money if we ain't got any...so at least the stock market can go up if nobodies got any money ...SO...(given the above scenario)...I guess i'm making a market call here for the first time in a long time...as we going higher...
