The way the US govt. treated certain Indian tribes is not an alleged sin, the courts of the US govt. have decided that the treatment of certain Indian tribes was illegal and the Indians had to be compensated. Congress decided the same for the Japanese-Americans. I am not sure the treatment of the African-American is in the same category as it was never illegal by the Constitution.
