Huey,

You follow the stuff about stock options more closely than I do, so I have a question for you.

Since Gates does not personally accept stock options, he is one of the few tech CEO's whose self interests appear to be aligned with mine as an outside shareholder.

I've heard that Gates instead took shares of stock over the years. Do you know if that's true? Do you know the relative amount of shares given to upper management at Softie as opposed to all employees?
