Ever notice the largest hype is always on stocks where the ONLY disclosure available is a news release? I could care less if companies report in 60 days or 45, but there should damn well be something on which to base investment decisions other than "Selected Balance Sheet Information" and pro forma results. Why does it take so long after releasing results to file a report? If a company has enough information available to issue a press release, the 10Q or 10K should be on file the same day.
