This emotional reaction the the lost of Amelio and the recent Cohen speculation has me bewildered. Not that much has really occured to justify the upswing in stock price. And this speculation on a buy out just doesn't add up. I think its all a scheme to try and revive wallstreets attitude about Apple. Don't get me wrong I have always believed in the future of Apple, but this recent activity is a well engineered marketing approach to recovery without substantiating financial progress proving out on paper. It seems to be working. I hope investors don't get to upset when the bottom falls out again.
