Paul - As Alexis pointed out, Beast is only dead insofar as the project has been given another name. I'm not sure what information is okay for public release, or how you got misinformed, but the long and short of it is that the project underlying Beast is still ongoing, and some modifications may have been made to enhance certain performance characteristics of the processor. I do wish you'd leave the FUD to MSFTs and INTCs PR people. -justinb
