Dave, I don't know Triquent well any more as I have stopped watching the gallium arsenide cos. Too specialized a market. However, I have seen these things come into and go out of favor many times in the past, from Alpha to Vitesse, that's almost A to Z -g-, and I wouldn't pay up for it. But I don't know it well enough for puts. MB
