I think i should define debt not just an asset based debt but the extensive use of credit by the consumer of small products with credit cards.

The credit card company provides the asset base. If the credit card user fails to service the debt incurred, the issuer calls them on it. Credit card companies are much more rigorous about calling that any other lenders short of the mob.

There is no asset base in this as the products are continually decreasing in value.

The asset base doesn't depend on the amount of goods or their value. It depends on the amount of cash and its value.

I also wonder too here where housing is so high how in blazes financing is done.

Things are more economically healthy than anyone wants to admit. People report their economic well being based on their projections for future wealth through the stock market. You can't believe them.

A low interest rate allows people to buy real estate at what they perceive as low monthly mortgage payment based on their assumption that the "real" world won't change even though the "stock market world of great expectations does. That assumption might fail.

I do know creative measure are used to get a mortgage i wished i knew an expert in the field of creative finance to know how it can be done.

You can't get something for nothing. Anything "creative" in finance always deals with assuming leverage. The product of risk and return is constant.
