Bush and Cheney represented the interests of the oil and energy industries at Bush's
economic forum so it wasn't necessary for Kenny Boy to be there.
After all, Kenny Boy and Enron were Bush's biggest
campaign contributors and when Bush and Cheney needed extra help for transportation during
the 2000 election, they used Enron and Halliburton's airplanes although the Republicans
paid for the use of the planes.
