Jack - addressing your questions. 1. The date on the release WAS July 16, 1997 - It was sent out through a Business wire subsidiary - I haven't checked to see if it posted. 2. The $3.0 million placement MAAY be done as a preferred stock where the Company can buy back most of the the $3.0 million over time, putting off any dilution until the comoany is sold - in the mean time current shareholders gain the benefit of a much better capitalized Comapny to grow with. These details wont be released in depth until after the fact. But as a shareholder of 1,000,000 shares of HTSF, I am as interested in the dilution factor as anybody! But, the more financial resources we have to grow with the stronger the company. 3.We can not publicly discuss any potential SEC filings at this time. Thanks for your support Jack. Benjamin
