GST, Bob is a smart informed guy who has taken your position apart on the options. We're all here to learn.

You tried to stake out some high moral ground for expensing options (politically correct with the corporate scandals in the background) but you see, GST, it's not a moral issue. It's an accounting issue. No one hid. No one lied. There is no conspiracy to defraud anybody.

Then you just kept banging on the "ethics" of the whole thing while Bob took you apart with the facts.
