There are indeed a lot of overly leveraged companies out there, but Home Depot is hardly one of them They have a measly $1.3 billion in long term debt, a mere 6% of their capital structure. They have over $5 billion in cash, and excellent current and quick ratios.

They will do $61 billion in revenues this year, and make around $3.6 billion in net profit ($70 billion and $4.3 billion next year), practically 100% of which will flow into shareholder equity, reducing the long term debt to an even smaller percentage of their total capitalization.

I don't see how you can possibly categorize them with "debt junkies". Would you care to explain?
