Yup...expect more shareholder lawsuits... It's a growth business...Milberg Weiss is The Microsoft in that market and they have successfully extracted more than $30 Billion in settlements for their clients over the years... milberg.com This is the same firm that's leading the group of lawsuits against Kenny Boy, Fastow, Skilling, and their former I-Banks...They have even set up a separate website for these activities... enronfraud.com It may take a while BUT I hope the former Enron execs and board members are forced to liquidate most if not all of their illegal ASSets...There's always the chance that Ashcroft's more aggressive Justice Department may be able to help out in that area too...Of course there's no substitute for top execs that may be guilty of fraud to spend time in a real prison...=)
