Saudi Royal Family is taking their money to the matress. guardian.co.uk An analyst cited by the Financial Times said Saudi investors have been deserting the US in recent months. Youssef Ibrahim of the Council on Foreign Relations, an American thinktank, said the move followed hawkish US commentators' calls for the freezing of Saudi assets. It would seem that they may be expecting something other than another chance to donate to WTC families to come out of Junior's annual summer hybernation. I wonder if today's defense meeting with it's pointed exclusion of General Powell has spooked them. TP
