comments on deregulation... It is a sign of progress that we do not live in a state of anarchy. Deregulation brings us to the border of oligarchy which is not progess. People are learning that they do not want to leave an important issue like energy policy to an unelected personality like Ken Lay. Many other issues are important and personalities are trying for positions of great power.
