<3 out of 10 to be executed were found not guilty after little research was done by the law students who spent some effort in studying the cases >

Marek, how many of those 3 were actually guilty but it was just that the evidence wasn't actually good enough to convict, in the same way that the OJ jury said he didn't do it, but he did. Even if they didn't do that actual crime, I bet they were so bad that they deserved to be executed anyway for past crimes, which made the juries or judges think that they must have done it although they didn't.

The few who are completely innocent and really shouldn't be executed are collateral damage, which is a very sad thing to have happen but is unavoidable. In surgical cases, mistakes happen and death results, despite best and skilled medical efforts to ensure a good outcome. But we still have to punish criminals and heal the injured.

In regard to the barbarians in Nigeria, yes, I'm the judge and decide whether to have anything to do with anyone from that place. I won't buy from Shell and that'll put pressure on them to not deal with Nigeria, which will put pressure on the Nigerian authorities to do something about the Mad Moslem Head-Hacking Maniacs.

If barbarians want to deal with me, they do it on my terms. That's why trade is such a civilizing influence.

I can understand the culture very well - barbarian mystics want to stone a woman to death. Simple! That doesn't mean I'll go and be a terrorist and murder random people. You seem to think terrorism is justified because they don't like cultural norms somewhere else.

I am able and have the right to cause the barbarians to adopt civilized ways of life. I don't need to force them. They will choose to be civilized or miss out on the benefits of civilization.
