Nickel prices dropped sharply from July 15th 2002 at $7,700 per ton to a low of $6,500 per ton in just a few short weeks. Rockwell dropped from 17 cents Canadian on July 15th to 6 cents today and appears to have tracked the price of nickel very closely. That combined with the correction in the junior golds may explain the recent price. I think nickel prices will continue to rise from here. This looks to be a rare buying opportunity at these prices.
