what WAR?

war's been obsolete ever since we built enough
nuclear power to blow any country in the world
off the face of the earth. we have the ultimate
self defense.

if we're attacked by any other country... we aim and
fire our missiles and blow the country away. end of story.
no war needed.

if we're attacked by aliens from outer space... hmmmm,
could be scary. might mean war. might be a hoax. <g>

if we're attacked by individuals unsanctioned by any
government... that's a matter of international law
being broken and an international law enforcement
team should hunt them down, arrest them and bring them
to trial. then an international court would pass sentence
if they're found guilty and an international detention
organization would carry out the sentence.

the world's too small and civilization too advanced
for us not to have an international law enforcement
and justice system. it's past time for a summit meeting
of all national leaders to convene and get this system
organized and operational. international criminals
are already terrorizing the planet. some of these
bastards need to be put in jail if you ask me.
