Jerry,
I'm not a happy camper after this exchange of e-mails:
> > Hi, > > I e-mailed you a few weeks ago and never got a response. I am a NCS > shareholder and want to know how much cash NCS will have from the various JVs > by the end of this year and the current market value of all the shares of JV > companies' stock NCS holds or will hold by 12/31/97. > I am trying to determine the NPV of NCS excluding the value of its > properties. > Thanks in advance for your response. > >
Hi
Sorry for the delay. Holidays are best taken when the market is quiet.
Cash and shares received from various JVs are detailed in news releases on our web page.
Our last quarter report (to February 28, 1997) is also there, and we are currently in the process of producing the annual report for the year ending May 31, 1997.
Negotiations are underway which may result in further JVs, so you can appreciate that it is impossible to predict the cash position and market value of shares at 12/31/97
It is Company policy to release information via our web page, Canada Stockwatch, Market News, George Cross Newsletter and our fax list, so that information is available to all at the same time, rather than on an individual basis.
Regards,
Tom
********************* I don't think it's too much to ask IR to figure out the cash and cash equivalents each shareholder currently holds. I call that response not shareholder friendly. Since IR doesn't want to take the time to figure out the answer to my question, does anyone the the thread know the answer? I realize that NCS will burn some cash, but I just want to know the current cash plus stock values of JV partners' stock that NCS holds or will hold by the end of the year. Not a lot to ask or IR, I think. Something they should know if asked by anyone who calls them. |
