I buy Dell only because they're the only mfg who has figured out how to design a box that's easy to open. I had a Compaq that I never could put back together. Me too! Kirk, you'll be happy to hear that E-machines (news below) will be building HP PC's! I've had an E-machine for about 3 years and I only need to remove 3 screws to open it. Message 17906484
