It's probably the same all over. An interesting thing we've been watching in So Cal in the harbor area: The China Overseas Company (COSCO) has taken over the old Navy Base in Long Beach (which Clinton gave to them) - a huge area - with all brand new cranes. LA even built a new island in the middle of the harbor to handle all the ships coming from China. They come in loaded to the gills and leave empty.
