THREAD HYGIENE

I would like to have put to a vote by the thread regulars a measure for thread hygiene: banning TigerPaw.
His posts are largely vacuous, intended simply to incite, make no meaningful contribution to the discussion, are non -replies and nothing but noise. He is apparently incapable of carrying on a meaningful conversation and posts here simply to cause trouble. We have had to put up with him long enough. Let's end it.
