Aug 15 2002 7:17 AM In Play Gemstar-TV Guide delays 10Q (GMST) 3.34: One stock on our list of companies not yet certifying last night did indeed have issues; GMST announced last night that it would delay its 10Q filing in order to evaluate the impact of a recent ITC decision on its financials, and that it might have to restate 2001 revenues $20 mln lower due to a revenue recognition issue at TV Guide.
