You're probably right ... if a monopoly is allowed to break the law ... competition will be crushed. (In general ... no specific examples come to mind.) Actually Linux doesn't need a business model. It's being deployed worldwide every day. You're using it right now. Is MSFT making money on Internet Explorer? How could that possibly "support a viable business model"? Best of luck.
