Soem thoughts on PCS 1X rollout.

I remember back almost two years ago when Korea was beginning to roll out its 1X systems. I particularly remember Limtex wondering where the news was on 1X, why we weren't hearing about it, and whether it meant that it was failing, etc. etc.

Also, when KDDI delayed its rollout from a partial one in December to a full roll out in April, there were all sorts of comments about KDDI's failure in marketing, MOT's 1X systems problems, etc.

Cut to today. I doubt there is anyone who would say that the Korean and KDDI 1X rollouts have been anything but a resounding! success.

I propose we give VZ (who admittedly, with their multiple systems have a more difficult task) and PCS at least through the end of this year (the holiday season) to reach any conclusion on their 1X rollouts.
