mmmary, The guy shouldn't be allowed to balance a check book. Since you brought it up... Somewhere over on RB, I saw an excerpt from the same deposition where the guy admits to taking all of the company's money out of the bank in the morning, and putting it all back in at night. I swear that's what he said. I forget the reasoning, but basically, the company was literally run from the guy's wallet on a daily basis... KJC
