Steve;I have the same charts,my broker sent the charts you have studied. But the charts are wrong.Just before Hayden took over Co. the price of stock was 12 cents,I bought 60,000 shares at this price and sold it for 48 cents. Do your charts show this low price-no!So don't believe what you see-I know that the price was never $40 plus.Go back to the 10K during '87 to '93 and you will the actual price.Next wrong assumption.Stay with defense-there would be no QDRX today if Co. went in that direction. If the defense or Gov't wants materials from QDRX they can still purchase what they need.At that time, the R&D was burning money faster than Mr.Fisher could borrow. The contracts were long in coming and there were many dead end projects.Just ask the old employees.QDRX does not want to be in shaft production-the work in R&D is for perfecting the uses of thermoplastics in many areas. It takes lots of money for this R&D.So if any of you readers are hoping for a quick buck, immediate results,I would suggest to invest in another Co.My friends and I don't care to read these constant anxiety attacks posted by some of you.We are heavily invested, like the Co's direction and like Buffet, have time as our friend.
