I think what is happening with PGO is that the Oslo tail wags the New York dog. Oslo closes at 10 AM EDT and New York seems to adjust to the Oslo close and then dance around it all day and finally close a penny or two above the Oslo USD value (or should I say US cents?). A dollar is still a distant dream.

The big volume is in Oslo and the rumors of a major player accumulating is in Oslo. New York seems to be doing what it hates to do.....play second fiddle.
