They were tough but fair. Wanted us to show that we knew our stuff. When we showed that, and showed a realistic path to profitability and success,they were racing to throw money at us. We did the first round of financing, then got bought out by a major computer company before we had to do another round. I only had a modest share in the company, being on the financial, not the technical side, but it was very good comensation for the few years I spent at it.
