EP, don't try to weasel out of answering the real question. AMD never intentionally tried to deceive the whole industry and the public like Intel did with this BapCo fiasco.

Weasle out? I don't know the facts and neither do you, but that didn't stop you from leaping to conclusions. You believe anything AMD says without question. I don't.

I think we should wait and see what BapCo's response will be but isn't AMD a member of BapCo now? The waters are very muddy but it does not negate the fact that a deception was attempted and largely succeeded.

That's what I like! An open mind that waits for the facts before drawing conclusions. Unfortunately it's not yours. Why discuss this when your mind's already made up?
