I really like the R&D play. This is great for the future and it means
they will in a sense be deferring taxes since the R&D reduces current earnings, less tax and the R&D should have a strong affect on future
earnings.

They plan to continue to increase R&D, although I don't expect
such a big increase in the now current quarter. Last Q had 200K
of non-recurring R&D cost.

Conference call was very upbeat in my opinion - particularly with
regard to the future and new products. Still another quarter to fight
through. Long term, this could turn into a real winner. If their
imbedded memory, DVD and 3D products are winners, it would seem reasonable to conclude that they now how to invest in R&D and this is
a true positive for the future.
