I guess you are buying today. Saw David Summers resigned. I always am a bit concerned when the cfo resigns. Is there anything underlying the decision? I know the press release went out of its way to be very positive but I am still concerned. Would he really give up his stock options if a system Wizard deal were a month away. That kind of deal would probably double the stock price.
