Well, I'm glad to see that you are finally seeing the light. There are no absolute right or wrong answers. Every circumstance needs thorough examination and discussion before conclusions are drawn. Even then, not every individual will be satisfied with the results. That is just the way it is.

Just like on this message board. It is the name calling and blame game that repulses the more mature audience. Once it starts, sometimes even the best of us can be drawn in. Look at your last sentence. It reiterates your favorite mantra, one we are all quite familiar with and frankly have come to expect from you. All huff and puff, no substance.

I like JLA's response to you. My biggest beef with unions is that they use confiscated members dues to garner political favors. Union management is way overpaid, and many times support is like vapor, intangible and vague. Plus the ever present Mafia stigma that just won't go away. The NEA is quickly gaining that type of reputation imo.

OTOH, unions do manage to keep wages higher and bargain for good benefit packages. It is the bums that don't have to work for it that are the scourge of union membership.
