Pegged? That's what many countries attempt to do. But when debts mount, whammy! Ala Mexico, just a few years ago. Remember, they were "pegged"also. So was Singapore, and a divergence occurred.

Jack, please don't use Telebras as evidence of rumor squashing, as its been a tad volatile this month.-g- No credible correlation can be attributed to its pattern over the last few days.

You still think investors are going to leave +25% growth stocks, and enter an under 11% "growth" stock, and pay a PE of 26? Stranger things have happened. This is a classic "teeter todder" happening. Bit by bit, the bear side teeter, is about to todder.-g-

WMT is trading at a PE with a 52.9% premium over SEARS!!!!
