The allegation that Sysmark was actually developed at Intel by Intel employees was only an allegation by an "AMD representative." the AMD representative admitted that it is likely that all SysMark development so far has been conducted internally at Intel by Intel. However, it should be possible to determine this by looking at the source code. Most companies have standards that are obvious in the source code. Indeed, there may be names embedded in the code.
