Ashcroft asserted a position in OR which was not upheld nobody's rights were infringed..... Why is he putting his nose where it doesn't belong, why is he doing things that are unconstitutional to begin with that costs you and me the taxpayers, when we have to point to the constitution and say, DUH, JOhn Ashcroft.
