I don't think it's illegal to chose biased benchmark subroutines even if you are an "independent" benchmark developer. Ehhh.. and who cares anyway in the grand scheme of things? Intel lies and cheats, AMD lies but doesn't have the resources to cheat... they're big corporations and unless they're blatant, they can get away with a lot. -Z P.S.: Just venting...
